Welcome to Wolfco Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Plan
At Wolfco, we offer a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan, ensuring your home stays pest-free through Inspection, Identification, Application, and Prevention.
Initial Service
Our initial service aims to eliminate existing pests in your home. We use kid- and pet-safe products indoors to drive pests outside, followed by a non-repellent treatment outside. This may temporarily increase pest visibility as they are flushed from their nests, but rest assured, they will soon be gone for good.
Back-to-Back Service
A month after the initial service, we conduct a back-to-back service to establish an exterior protective barrier, disrupting pest egg cycles and addressing any persistent infestations. This sets the stage for our ongoing, regular services to maintain this barrier.
Re-treatments
Should pest activity persist between regular services, Wolfco offers complimentary re-treatments. If the problem remains unsolved after two re-treatments, we guarantee a refund of your last full payment.
Regular Services
We provide quarterly residential services, applying environmentally friendly products that naturally break down after 80-90 days. Regular treatments ensure a consistent protective barrier against pests.
Inspections
A certified technician will inspect your home, identifying active pest issues and potential risks. This allows us to tailor an IPM program specific to your home and environment.
Power Spray
We apply a liquid barrier around your home’s foundation, treating eaves, overhangs, and access points to reinforce your home's defense against pests.
Granulation
From April to October, we apply a water-activated granulation treatment, extending your home’s protection by an additional 15-20 feet.
De-webbing
Our de-webbing process combats spiders that balloon webs onto your home from nearby trees and structures. We'll keep your home web-free during each scheduled treatment.
Inside Spray
Required only during the first treatment, this ensures pests cannot re-enter your home. Should you need additional indoor treatment, inform us before your next service, and we will handle it at no extra cost.
